ABSOLUTE SATISFACTION IS OUR GOAL

If, for any reason, you decide not to keep your print purchase, you may return it for an exchange or full refund of the cost of the artwork within thirty 30 days of receipt. You will, however, be responsible for covering all shipping costs and making all return shipping arrangements. I recommend that you re-pack the artwork in its original packing materials and container. All returns must be received in their original condition. Prior to returning any product the customer must notify me via email for a return authorization. If you decide to cancel an order before having received it, please notify me immediately of your decision via e-mail.

Returning Originals From Artist's Collection

Original pieces purchased from artist's own collection can be returned in original condition for a full refund within 30 days, but the customer is responsible for covering all shipping costs and making all return shipping arrangements. Prior to returning any product the customer must notify me via email for a return authorization.

Original / Commissioned Pieces

I will clarify your requirements for custom artwork in detail before I process your order through e-mail correspondence and telephone, as necessary. I may request clear photos for portrait pieces. I require a down payment of 50% of the total price of the commissioned piece before completion and shipping. Every measure will be taken to ensure your absolute satisfaction, including providing images of a sketch for your review before completing the piece. Upon receipt of final payment, you will be notified when your order ships with detailed shipping information. Turn-around time varies.

Because of the highly customized nature of commissioned artwork, I cannot provide refunds or exchanges once shipped.

Damage Policy

If items received are damaged in any way, please contact me, and we will arrange for their replacement or repair.

I cannot be responsible for pieces lost or damaged during return shipping, so for a full refund, make sure the piece is packaged properly and insured.
